Iron Shield Academy
Iron Shield Security Academy equips pastors, safety leaders, and volunteers to protect people as a ministry of service—not fear or confrontation. Across eight modules, participants develop a servant mindset and situational awareness; recognize behavior; de-escalate conflict; manage noncompliance; protect children; prepare for active threats; communicate as a team; and lead emergency movement and reunification. Practical teaching, scenarios, assessments, and downloadable tools help churches turn good intentions into practiced habits and workable plans. Participants learn to notice needs, communicate facts, act within their roles, support responders, and serve with calm, compassion, and accountability. Iron Shield provides training; each church determines roles and authority.
More Than Security… A Ministry.
